A Tom Ryder Project

Harmonise. - Music & Mental Wellbeing Workshops

Where music meets mental wellbeing.

Harmonise brings together the two parts of Tom's life he is most passionate about: music and mental wellbeing. The project comprises The Harmonise Workshop and The Harmonise Show - two formats built to start honest conversations through live performance.

The Story

Built from years on the ground.

The Harmonise Workshop has been developed from Tom's experience as founder of the creative mental health charity Retune for eight years, and is shaped by his work as a Wellbeing Coach.

It has been delivered to thousands of young people in primary and secondary schools, and in corporate settings, hospitals, locked wards and prisons.
